Hermes is a self-hosted assistant used only by its owner, Jon. It is not available to other users.
When the owner authorizes it, Hermes accesses the owner's own Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets and Contacts through Google APIs, only to carry out requests the owner makes.
Data is processed on the owner's personal computer. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or to train AI models. OAuth tokens are stored locally and can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Hermes's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
